If you register for Integration World 2005 and are unable to attend, you may substitute a colleague at any time. Otherwise, cancellations must be received in writing by HES Convention Services, Attn: webMethods Integration World 2005 (fax 407-423-4244) by October 31, 2005. No refunds will be provided after October 31, 2005. There will be a 10% service charge for all cancelled registrations. Cancellations received after October 31, 2005 will not be eligible for a refund.
